more human, more often empowers you to show up as you truly are, stripping away the titles and roles we play, giving you the space to be vulnerable with yourself and to connect with community.
created by Amy & Alexandra, MHMO is rooted in mental health, creativity, and value-based success metrics.
why?
life is really hard and often times we feel pressured from ourselves and others. we wanted to create a space where we can let go of all that. here, there is space to get off the hampster wheel, to let go of the expectations to excel in our jobs, to give and give and give and show up *perfectly* for everyone (but ourselves).
when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we strengthen our confidence to show up as our authentic selves, our boundaries, our self-worth. that’s where we’re able to feel the joy in our everyday lives. we’re here to support you through this journey.
who is this course for?
for the high performer who’s sick of *the hustle*; for the perfectionist who is finally ready to please themselves; for anyone who wants connection and support; and for any human who wants to live with more ease and joy in the every day.
what it looks like:
we slow down and bring awareness to our interenal and external elements, giving space to curiously investigate our feelings, actions and reactions -- and the tools needed to help us feel grounded.
